I would like to thank you for your interest and i appreciate your intention to rent my penthouse apartment. It is completely renovated a few months ago and designed as a modern house. You can arrange it as you like it.
The monthly price is 1000 EURO and i believe it is convenient for us both. First payment will be 2+2 ( two months rent paid and 2 months rent deposit bond [Kaution]).
We live in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen (København), located in the Hovedstaden region, a beautiful place on the Sjælland island.
We used to spend our summer and winter holidays in Germany and this is why we kept our apartment there in Stuttgart. I am the only owner.
The reason for renting it now is that we are a nice couple of pensioners (i have 65 and my beloved wife has 64 years old), we love spending our time (and money) traveling around the world, so the penthouse in Germany is no longer a priority for us.
If you agree and you are decided for a meeting to see the apartment and make a rental contract we are ready to make a trip to Germany and meet you personally in Stuttgart.
Please tell us, where do you live now? We would like to know more about you so we can propose you an appointment.
