Hallo!
Ich suche für meine Wohnung einen Nachmieter zum April 2017.
Die Wohnung ist fünf Minuten vom Doberaner Platz entfernt und befindet sich in der Nähe von vielen Kneipen in der KTV, gleich bei der Brauerei. :)

Die Wohnung hat zwei fast gleichgroße Zimmer, das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne, die Küche könnte ich ggf. drinlassen (Ohne Kühlschrank und Herd). Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich in der Küche.
Bei Interesse bitte melden, vorzugsweise per email, telefonisch bin ich eher weniger erreichbar.

Lage
5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Doberaner Platz, 10 Minuten bis zur Ulmenstraße. Gleich bei der Brauerei.

Zuerst haben wir das Apartment auf dem Wohnungsmarkt angeboten, was nicht sehr profitabel war zu der Zeit und nachdem ich dies mit meiner Frau besprochen hatte, entschieden wir uns dazu, es zu vermieten. Die Adresse des Apartments lautet: Gempenstr. 46, 4053 Basel. Die monatliche Miete beläuft sich auf 400 Euro, inkl. Gas, Wasser, Strom, TV und Internet. Het appartement is identiek dat in Bildern.

Derzeit muss jeder von uns bleiben, da wir mit der Verwaltung des Chalets beschäftigt sind. Daher können wir uns nicht mit Ihnen persönlich treffen, doch wir haben für diese Unannehmlichkeit eine Lösung, so dass Sie so schnell wie möglich einziehen können.

I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Poland but now she is back home permanently, so I'm renting the place for an unlimited time.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, one parking spot, garbage disposal, refrigerator, etc.) are included in the monthly rent (1600zl). I require first month rent + one month rent as a security deposit. When you decide to leave the apartment you will have to give me at least 30 days notice.Now, a little bit about myself: my name is Angelika and I'm a 60 years old graphic designer from Milano, Italy planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely wife, Christine and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandfather .
Another member of our family is a six year old Labrador Retriever which we all love, so, since I'm a pet owner myself, I will have no problem if you want to keep a pet in the apartment.

The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Milano even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training, so my schedule is pretty hectic right now.

Wlasnie przeczytalem wiadomosc dotyczaca mojego mieszkania.
Kupilem to mieszkanie dla mojej córki podczas studiów w Polsce, ale teraz jest z powrotem do domu na stale, wiec jestem wynajem miejsce na czas nieokreslony.
Mieszkanie jest w pelni umeblowane i wyposazone.
Ponadto, bardzo wazne, ze media (zimna / ciepla woda, prad, Internet bezprzewodowy szerokopasmowy, spot jeden parking, usuwania smieci, lodówka, itp) sa wliczone w miesieczny czynsz (1600zl). I wymagaja pierwszy miesiac czynszu + czynsz miesieczny jako jeden depozyt. Gdy zdecydujesz sie opuscic mieszkanie trzeba bedzie dac mi co najmniej 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.
Teraz troche o sobie: imie moje jest Angelika i jestem 60 lat grafik z Milano, Italy planuje przejsc na emeryture w ciagu najblizszych 2 lat.

Wydajesz sie byc bardzo mily i jestem pewien, ze nie bedzie mial problemów.

The company who will take care of our transaction is Rentals Booking.
You will have two days to inspect the apartment before your final decision. I will pay for the shipping of the keys and documents.
After I will complete the delivery papers, Rentals Booking will require your payment confirmation of the first + one month rent as a security deposit (1600 + 1600 = 3200PLN). You will send the funds to their Polish bank account and you have the possibility to ask for a refund in any moment.
