I work as an engineer on an oil platform in North Sea and this year I divorce from my wife which is German. I have no reason to come home too soon and for this reason I decided to rent my apartment. The apartment has 57qm and the price of the monthly rent is 340 EUR (the price includes all utilities costs: heating, water, electricity, a parking space, internet WiFi, cable TV). The apartment is located in Waldstraße, 85598 Vaterstetten, is in perfect condition and it doesn't need additional repairs. I am the owner of the apartment. The apartment is free now and you can rent it for maximum 5 years. The apartment is furnished and renovated, but if you want, you can rent it unfurnished and you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar. Being gone on the oil platform I had prearranged the deal with Airbnb company to make sure that we can trust each other, so my presence in Germany isn't necessary. The keys and all needed papers are in their possession. You will have one day to inspect the apartment in the presence of one Airbnb agent before sign the contract.
Airbnb will send an agent with the keys and the contract, and you can inspect the apartment, but first you must pay the value of first rental month 340 EUR + 500 EUR the guarantee deposit, into Airbnb bank account. Airbnb will not show you the apartment without a guarantee because no one lives there and they respond about the safety of the apartment. The guarantee deposit 500 EUR you will receive back when you leave the apartment. After the apartment inspection if you don't want to rent for any reason, the agent will give you all your money back in the same day. So if you want to rent, please login to the www.Airbnb.com website, and after that please send me the following details to make the booking:
