gelegenen Wohnung.

Wohnfläche: 83 m2
Diese Wohnung kann für monatlic 560 EUR, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Gas/Elektrizität/ Geschirrspülmaschine/ Telefon/ Kabel/ Internet/ Parkmöglichkeit), für unbegrenzte Dauer gemietet werden. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, sauber und gebrauchsfertig. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet.
In der Wohnung befinden sich eine Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Kühlschrank, eine Tiefkühltruhe, eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner, ein Bügeleisen, ein Backofen, ein Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Internetzugang und Wi-Fi Zugang.
Wir haben die Wohnung 2008 gekauft und dort bis letzten Monat gewohnt. Dann endete mein Arbeitsvertrag und wir kehrten nach Hause zurück, nach Kopenhagen, Dänemark.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, ich bitte Sie jedoch, dafür zu sorgen, dass alles sauber gehalten wird. Die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz. Ich habe einen erheblichen Betrag in diese Wohnung investiert und wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie sie wir Ihr Eigentum behandeln würden. Es geht mir nicht darum, durch Mieteinnahmen Geld zu verdienen, ich bin an einem langfristigen Mieter interessiert, der sich um die Immobilie kümmert.
Wegen meiner unerwarteten Rückkehr nach Dänemark fehlte mir die Zeit, einen zuverlässigen Mieter zu finden. Die Schlüssel sind hier bei mir. Sobald ich einen ernsthaften Mieter finde, komme ich nach Deutschland zurück, um ihm die Wohnung zu zeigen und den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben.

Danke für Ihr Interesse meine Wohnung zu mieten. Mein Deutsch ist sehr schlecht, ich würde schätzen, wenn wir in Englisch sprechen können.
Ich möchte mich vorstellen auch. Mein Name ist Sandra Christina Kutson und ich bin ein 46-jährige Arzt aus Manchester / Großbritannien.


Die Wohnung, die ich von meinem Großvater, der vor 2 Jahren gestorben vererbt.
Auch habe ich zwei kinder, aber nach wenigen gesprächen mit ihnen, wird niemand kommen in Deutschland zu bleiben, so möchte ich die wohnung für einen beliebigen zeitraum zu mieten (ab 1 monat bis 20 jahre oder mehr). Doch selbst nehme ich die entscheidung, nach Deutschland nicht zurück, ich möchte nicht, die wohnung zu verkaufen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Mittermayerstraße 25, 85221 Dachau, ist komplett möbliert und vor kurzem renoviert, wie man auf den Fotos sah.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und das Gebäude ist in sehr gutem Zustand und haben auch Zugang zum Aufzug.

Dies ist ein 2 zimmer wohnung (1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Keller) mit einer Gesamtfläche von 55m ². Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit: Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Haartrockner, Herd, Flatiron, Mikrowelle, Grill, Toaster, Mixer, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, LED-TV, DVD-Player, usw.
Die Nebenkosten (Heizkosten, Strom, Gas, Wasserkosten, Müllabfuhr, Grundsteuer, Gebäudeversicherung, Internet, Kabel-TV und Parkplatz) ausgestattet sind, in der "Warmmiete" enthalten von 393 EUR / Monat. Ich will eine "Kaution" von 393 Euro, rückzahlbar, wenn Sie sich bewegen (ich muss zu verlassen innerhalb von 30 Tagen wissen).
In der Zwischenzeit können Sie bestätigen Sie bitte die folgenden Schritte aus:

· Wie viele Menschen auf dem Grundstück leben würden?
· Wann möchten Sie sich zu bewegen? (Check-in Datum)
· Welche Begriff / Länge mieten möchten Sie?
· Haben Sie Haustiere?
· Wann sind Ihre am besten geeigneten Zeiten / Tage, um die Immobilie zu sehen?

Bei Interesse weiter, mir bitte einige Informationen über sich selbst geben (Alter, Beruf, Lebensstil oder was auch immer denken Sie macht einen guten Mieter).

I will gladly sign the contract with you if we can reach an agreement. As I explained in the previous email, I live in England with my wife. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends or other person back in Germany who could arrange a viewing with you. In order to make the rental process easier for both of us, I would like to use Airbnb as they are currently managing my property. They will require the first month’s rent + security bond t(€ 640.00 + € 800.00= € 1440.00) to confirm the reservation.
