Hallo, Mein Name ist Darius Fodbert der Eigentümer der Wohnung in Johannes-Brahms-Straße 8, 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main. Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 455.00 EUR ohne Nebenkosten . Ich kaufe die Wohnung vor 5 Jahren, und ich war mit meiner Familie bis jetzt. Jetzt sind wir wieder in Italien, wo wir unser eigenes Restaurant haben, und wir wollen, dass unsere Wohnung aus Deutschland zu mieten. Es tut mir leid für mein schlechtes Deutsch, ich bin ursprünglich aus Großbritannien und meine Frau ist aus Italien. Ich brauche mehr über Sie wissen, wie viele Personen wollen meine Wohnung zu mieten, was Ihr Alter, wo Sie etc arbeiten. Ich hoffe, dass Sie mich in Englisch schreiben kann. Grüße aus Italien!

Hello, Thanks for your reply, Yes, it's available. The apartment is furnished like in the photos, you can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture, also you have your own parking place. I like to rent my apartment for a long time because I will not come back to stay there. You seem to be a very nice person and I can assure you we will not have any problems. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 455 Eur + 35-50 Eur the utilities (heating , electricity , water) and i want also Security Deposit 800 Eur ( the Security Deposit 800 Eur you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money. I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with AirBnB ( www.airbnb.com (externer Link) ) to make sure that we can trust each other. First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works.
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.
This is how they work:
1) I will make the delivery papers at Airbnb.
2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the Security Deposit(€ 455.00 + € 800.00= € 1255.00) to the company. Airbnb will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
Also Airbnb will give you further instructions about the money deposit.
3) After the payment is confirmed to Airbnb Bank Account the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent .
4) If all is in order, you will instruct Airbnb to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account.
5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb will give you a full refund (€ 1255.00) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.
