Die Lage ist perfekt! (7 min), in die Innenstadt (13 min) oder zum Hauptbahnhof (15-20) Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle "Eppendorferweg (Ost)", Fährt Zuvor kann man noch ein Brötchen und einen Kaffee aus dem Bäckerladen "Junge" direkt unten in unserem Haus kaufen und gestärkt in den Tag starten. Die U-Bahnstation "Hoheluftbrücke" ist zu Fuss auch gut zu erreichen. Von dort führt die U3 ein in nur drei Stationen direkt auf den Kiez. Auf dem Weg von der Station zur Wohnung läuft mann. 7 Min die Hoheluftchaussee runter, auf der man alles für den Alltag besorgen kann. Von Supermärkten, über Apotheken zu Kopieshops ist alles dabei. - Deutsch - Übersetzung - Linguee als Übersetzung von "the isemarkt" vorschlagen Linguee - Wörterbuch Deutsch - Englisch. Die kreuzende Straße "Eppendorferweg" und ihre Seitenstraßen bieten zahlreiche gemütliche Cafés und einladende Bistros und Restaurants an. Es gibt auch immer zu essen und Straßen zum schlendern.

The apartment was bought by me in 2011, and i lived there until 2015, when I got a job and a clinic in Italy.

This is a 1 room apartment (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 car garage) with a total area of 38m ². The apartment is fully furnished but if you have your own furniture you can storage all my furniture into my basement unit.

I'm the full right owner of the apartmecnt and the utilities (electricity / phone / cable / Internet / water) are included in this price (rent/month).  I want someone who will be careful and thoughtful to live in it, as soon as possible.
