Has a fully furnished kitchen clean and well maintained room , laundry area and full of home utilities .the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning ,etc.) are included in monthly rent. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture. I have no problem if you will keep animals.. I bought this apartment with 2 years ago when I got married in Germany, now 2
months I have divorced from my wife and I returned to Athen - Griechenland back home permanently , so I'm renting the place for unlimited time . Before going further , I would like to know a little about yourself , like how many people will stay in the apartment and for how long also. I will be happy to rent to anyone who likes to keep it clean. I can rent the apartment for an unlimited time ( 1 to 5 years maybe more ) . I can also rent for short periods ( 1 - 2 months minimum ) .

You can move in the apartment in the same day when receive the keys and contract signed by me .

Die Wohnung ist für Paare, 2er WGs oder zum alleine wohnen sehr gut geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Nohe des Siegfriedplatzes.
Bis zur Stadtbahnhaltestelle "Siegfriedplatz" sind es nur 3 min zu Fuß.
Diese Haltestelle liegt nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Den Bahnhof kann man aber auch in knappen 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit der Stadtbahn der Linie 4 sind es lediglich 6 min bis zur Bielefelder Uni. Ein Netto ist in 5 Minuten und ein LIDL in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture. I have no problem if you will keep animals.. I bought this apartment with 2 years ago when I got married in Germany, now 2 months I have divorced from my wife and I returned to Athen - Griechenland back home permanently , so I'm renting the place for unlimited time . Before going further , I would like to know a little about yourself , like how many people will stay in the apartment and for how long also. I will be happy to rent to anyone who likes to keep it clean. I can rent the apartment for an unlimited time ( 1 to 5 years maybe more ) . I can also rent for short periods ( 1 - 2 months minimum ) .

You can move in the apartment in the same day when receive the keys and contract signed by me .

I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Greece ( on my expense of course ) .

said his no longer interested after i wasted my time money this the

1) Transfer the amount 1000euro (1 month rent and security deposit) to
any of your family members (wife, dad, mum, siblings) or your friend.
Your Name (as Sender) to any of your family members (wife, dad,
mum,siblings) or your friend (as Receiver)
in London or other parts of UK.

2) Scan & Send a copy of the Western Union transaction receipt as a
proof of the transaction or mail me the transaction details. (The
money is safe as it is only you that can withdraw since you need a
national ID card or International passport)

3) Then, we will meet for viewing.

4) If you decide to take the flat, we will go to any local Western
Union Money Transfer office for you to pick up the money and pay
me.(You don't need to come with cash to view, after viewing we will go
together, you will cancel the transfer and withdraw the money to pay
me).

5) Keys will be handed over to you after signing the contracts.

I am pretty sure that the transaction at Western Union office will

I was been scam by this owner at Antwerp, Antwerpen Belgium..This company called they name "Antwerp Apartments antwerp.apartments1@gmail.com"
His named Rudy and the daugther Jessica. the telephone number are 0032478690757. 
the location of the place at Mier.. near by the Cathedral Church (just behind it) .First they will asked for the deposit and the rent too.. I was asked to pay for the rent in advance and they will return my money back once i checked out..When i reach there ..the television are broken.. the sofa and others furniture is in bad shape.. kitchen is leaking..I spend my one month in that horrible place. When the time i want to checked out.. i tried many times to called the owner and the daughter but no reply. After one hour calls they says unfortunately they says will transfer back the money to my bank account thru bank transfer. Since i am back to my home town ... they didnt reply my email.. my calls and not news at all.. I keep on calling but the result very dissaoppointed. Until now they refused to return my money or my calls ...so please be cautions .. if they asked you for you money in advance ...dont trust it...either the company real or not .. they still going to scam your money specially belgium people...

Wir nutzen den Platz nicht mehr, so können Sie es sogar für einen langfristig mieten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und renoviert, wie man auf den Fotos sehen konnte.
Sie können meine Möbel , oder Sie können auch Ihre eigenen, wenn Sie es vorziehen.
Wenn Sie Ihr entscheiden, können Sie meine Möbel in den großen Keller Keller lagern.
Der Ort ist voll ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine , Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank , Waschmaschine , TV, usw. ausgestattet
Auch sehr wichtig sind die Nebenkosten (Wasser , Strom, Internet , Digital-TV,) in der Miete von 250 € enthalten.
Die Vorsicht 500 € und Sie erhalten es zurück , wenn Sie umziehen wird aus (ich werde eine Frist von 30 Tagen müssen ) .
Nun, ein wenig über mich : Ich bin 52 Jahre alt Architekten aus London.
