    Thanks for taking the time to look at my apartment. My name is Marcel Fassbinder, i have inherited this apartment from my uncle who unfortunately passed away last year and as i am not looking to move to Germany, as i was born and raised in England. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot,a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture (if you don't like it and you want use your furniture),there is also a linen closet, and most importantly, a new washer and drier.

Ich wohnte in diesem wohnung bis zum letzten Monat, als meine Firma begann ein neues projekt in Irland und ich musste hier für die nächsten 3 Jahre zu verschieben, so dass die Wohnung ist für langfristige zur Verfügung.
Die wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, vor kurzem um einen sehr hohen Standard der Innenarchitektur renoviert. Die wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Ausrüstungen. Die Miete wird 360 EUR pro Monat mit alle Nebenkosten enthalten (warm / kalt Wasser, Strom, Internet, Kabel-TV). Eine Kaution von 1000 EUR wird zu Beginn des Leasingverhältnisses erforderlich ist, und es wird am Ende des Vertrages zurückerstattet (wird eine 30-tägige Ankündigung erforderlich). Das Geld, ich will es monatlich auf mein Bankkonto zu erhalten, so dass ich hoffe, es wird kein Problem sein, dass Sie das Geld, um zu verdrahten. Das ist alles, ich kann von jetzt, bis Sie einen Geschmack von meinem Platz haben zu sagen.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern, voll möbliert ausgestattet und renoviert in diesem Jahr. Auch sehr wichtige, die Versorgungsunternehmen: Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Gas, Internet, TV-Kabel, Spülmaschine, Müllabfuhr, sind im Preis von 260 Euro pro Monat inklusive und ich glaube, es bequem für uns beide ist. Alle Rechnungen werden von mir bezahlt werden und Sie nur das Geld für die Miete im Monat zahlen. Die Kaution ist auch 520 €, und Sie bekommen es zurück wenn Sie sich entscheiden, die Wohnung zu verlassen ( Sie haben mir mindestens 1 Monat Kündigungsfrist zu geben ).
