Thank you for your interest about my property.I'm sorry for my delay . i was out of country with my family for this end of year and i didn't have access to internet.
The apartment looks great, recently refurbished by me to a very high standard of interior design, is in best conditions, very bright and equipped with the most significant materials, is near the public transportation, coffee's shops, gym and other facilities and has a parking space for two cars. It is fully furnished with all necessary amenities (exactly like in the pics). Also it is equipped with a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture if you would like to use yours. The rent is 400 EUR per month with all utilities(hot/cold water, electricity, internet, gas, TV, etc.) included. A security deposit payment of 800 EUR is required at the beginning of the lease which is refundable while packing out of my apartment if there is no damage or loss of my properties. The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money. The lease will start from the date when you move in and the next month will be due on the same date of the following month. You can also keep in it pets, as long as you clean after them. That's all i can say for now until you have a taste of my place. I would like to share me few things about you as what is your name, how old are you, how much time would you like to stay there, where you work etc. Also a picture with you will be great.

Our company is currently partnering with many of the leading Civil Engineering businesses across United Kingdom and two months ago my company won a big construction project which have to be built in United Kingdom and they put me in charge with this. I must manage it full time so I had to move in United Kingdom for the next 3 - 4 years depends how much the project take. Our limit date is in 2018 but we hope to finish it earlier.
