das haus selber wurde gerade erst saniert.
das zu vermietende zimmer hat 2 grosse flügel-fenster (eines mit rolläden und balkon). es ist mit lamit ausgestattet (also recht pflegeleicht. des weiteren steht ein keller zur verfügung, der alleine von der zukünftigen mieterin genutzt werden kann.
top verkehrsanbindung, die u-2 ist in ca. 2 minuten zu erreichen, der bus ebenso. rund um die u-bahn ist alles, wirklich ALLES vorhanden, lotto, zeitschriften, lidl, cafe´s, getränkemarkt, friseur
und das beste......keine 5 minuten zur uni :-), räder können ohne weiteres im hof abgestellt werden, dort befindet sich auch ein radlständer. parken möglich, durch anwohnerausweise, ist hier eine "parkplatz-findung" :-) kein problem.
die mitbewohnerin ist sehr sehr ruhig und so soll das leben in der wg auch ablaufen. daher auch der alterswunsch....siehe oben.
bevorzugt werden wochenend-heimfahrer. die nutzung des ganges und bades erfolgt gemeinsam, die küche übernimmt die neue mieterin komplett und jeder hat natürlich sein eigenes reich.

Actually am offering two furnished bedrooms for rent and for shares in at apartment located at the central city in a cool and nice environment surrounded by lot of supermarket and shop mart,business center e.t.c.
-A room cost 350euros per month including all bills and the refundable deposit of 650euros for a room.
But if you will be renting the whole apartment then.
-The whole apartment cost 700euros per month including all bills and the refundable security deposit cost 1000euros.
the apartment is fully furnished and well okay for a clean person.

Thanks for your mail,actually the whole apartment is available for rent now but let me know if you will be renting a room or the whole apartment,the apartment is located at 4 Brunn stasse,80331,Munich,Germany...............Oh sorry viewing of the apartment will not be possible as i told you that am now in Scotland and all the apartment keys are here with me but i will send you the apartment pictures in my next email for you to decide if you will be renting it or not then we can proceed further on the renting process and how to get the apartment keys as well.
