Hi,
I bought this apartment with my wife in 2010 while we worked in Rottenmann Austria at (AHT) ,but now we have returned in United Kingdom with a work contract for the same company , so we are renting the place for unlimited time. The flat is furnished and renovated, as you could see from the photos. I wish to rent my apartment to some nice and responsable people and in order to do that I have to know a some details about you, like how many persons are you planning to live in the apartment, for how long, if you have a steady income, etc. You can rent the flat for any period of time (open end contract) but not less than 3 months. About myself, as I told you I`m currently living in United Kingdom my name is Marcus and i work at AHT Cooling Systems with a work contract for 4 years .
