The apartment is still available for rent. It`s nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and has all the facilities and the utilities that a person may need: fitted kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, bathroom, dishwasher, laundry service, washing machine, air conditioner. Pets are allowed in the flat. There is also parking available.
The monthly rent for the entire apartment is EUR 500 with all utilities included (heat, electricity, water), the period I want to rent it is unlimited.

I am Consultant Ophthalmologist and I bought this apartment for my daughter, but now she moved back to UK. She will not use the place any more, so you can rent it even for a long period of time. The flat has 2 bedrooms, you can live there max 4 persons. You can register your name on this address. Last time when I wanted to rent no one showed up so I lost time and money. So I decided to make the transaction through Airbnb (www.Airbnb.com). They have the key and the contract, we will use their system so you can inspect the apartment. They will act as a third party.

Please Note: The apartment is not listed in Airbnb since people are looking listings on Airbnb only for vacation rental and for this reason i didn`t list my apartment there, because people would ask me if i want to rent them the apartment for a few days for their vacation.
We will use Airbnb platform just for the rental transaction.
