I'm very glad that you are interested to rent my apartment. Sorry but I don't speak German verry good, so if you are really interested please reply me in English or Finnish. I work as an engineer on an oil platform in North Sea and this year I divorce from my wife which is German. I have no reason to come home too soon and for this reason I decided to rent my apartment. The apartment has 59qm and the price of the monthly rent is 350 EUR (the price includes all utilities costs: heating, water, electricity, a parking space, internet WiFi, cable TV). The apartment is located in Neugablonzer Str, 87600 Kaufbeuren, is in perfect condition and it doesn't need additional repairs. I am the owner of the apartment.
