However, At this stage that you want to rent my Apartment, i need to ask some few question from you.
1) Can you take care of my Flat as it is?.....cos it was Newly Renovated and include new furniture
.....I bought the Apartment for my Daughter when she was in college but now she's Graduated and not living in the apartment anymore , and after she move out of the apartment i renovated it and include New furniture just because I needed to rent it out
2) How many months do you intend to rent and pay for?
3) Do you have references?
It's unfortunate that my past bitter experience of Reserving my Apartment for people without any form of confirmation of their financial ability, seriousness, commitment and not keeping up to time as at when scheduled, this has brought about great losses to me. Because some tenant doesn't have the money to pay the rent while i have keep reserving my apartment for them Which has Brought a great losses to me.
So Seems your Move in Date will be May you will have to fill up the Below Details and pay the Booking reservation deposit to secure the Apartment to your move in date which is after you fill up the details and the contract is been forwarded to you, which you will sign ,print and bring along with you on your arrival date to my Apartment , With that I will be sure you want to rent my apartment. and the Apartment will be totally reserved for you till your move in Date.
