Hello,
Last day I experienced my first heart palputaion along with extreme dizziness I went to the urgent care and was having an anxiety attack.
Since I am unable to come to Germany personally we will have to use Airbnb Agency to complete this deal, an agency which will look for our best interest. So, I have to inform you that you must to pay for the first month's 1000,00 EURO ( rent + security deposit ) with all included.
You need to know that the agency sets the private viewings by appointment only!
1. You will receive in the next e-mail the private link offer to take my apartment through Airbnb.
2. <<< Request to book >>> , it all you need to start this transaction.
3. Once the money are received by Airbnb they will call you to fix an appointment.
4. They will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want take it or not.
5. At this point there might be two possible situations:
- If you like the flat, you can sign the contract (send me one copy) and move-in;
- Otherwise, Airbnb will fully refund your deposit.
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you can't move immediately, we can make the agreement as explained here, and consider it only an inspection and reservation until you are able to move there.

Hello,
I am in search of persons to rent my well furnished apartment, to use neatly and be a responsible loyal tenant to stay in there for the minimum of nothing less than 1 months or more like 5 years could either be students or working.
My apartment is still available, it was rented by some students and now they left. It is already furnished with all basic stuff (bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and a chair), as well as the kitchen is also fully equipped with all you need daily incl. a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv.
The price for my apartment includes all extra costs (electricity, heating, hot water, internet), the total monhtly rent is 500,00 EURO with a deposit of 500,00 EURO to stand as security to the apartment. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar. About me, my health and ongoing treatment in Italy and don't allow me to do any traveling now. I have a problem where I'm constantly worrying about my health but my husband is here with me to help me. However, this won't affect the rental at all.
We will make the arrangements with a regular real estate agency because for me it's difficult to manage personally the renting process of the property (including appointments with the potential tenants etc.)
