Die Wohnung ist für Paare, 2er WGs oder zum alleine wohnen sehr gut geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Nohe des Siegfriedplatzes.
Bis zur Stadtbahnhaltestelle "Siegfriedplatz" sind es nur 3 min zu Fuß.
Diese Haltestelle liegt nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Den Bahnhof kann man aber auch in knappen 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit der Stadtbahn der Linie 4 sind es lediglich 6 min bis zur Bielefelder Uni. Ein Netto ist in 5 Minuten und ein LIDL in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da das Haus in der zweiten Reihe in einer Einbahnstraße in einer 30er-Zone liegt, ist es ziemlich ruhig.
Kabel- und Internetanschluss (auch VDSL ist moglich) sind vorhanden.

Hello,Zunächst leid, aber ich spreche besser Englisch.
I am Thomas Hurb, The apartment is still for rent yet . It was renovated in the last year looks very nice and clean . Has a fully furnished kitchen clean and well maintained room , laundry area and full of home utilities .the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning ,etc.) are included in monthly rent. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture. I have no problem if you will keep animals.. I bought this apartment with 2 years ago when I got married in Germany, now 2 months I have divorced from my wife and I returned to Athen - Griechenland back home permanently , so I'm renting the place for unlimited time . Before going further , I would like to know a little about yourself , like how many people will stay in the apartment and for how long also. I will be happy to rent to anyone who likes to keep it clean. I can rent the apartment for an unlimited time ( 1 to 5 years maybe more ) . I can also rent for short periods ( 1 - 2 months minimum ) .
You can move in the apartment in the same day when receive the keys and contract signed by me .
I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Greece ( on my expense of course ) .
