I am very glad that you are interested to rent my apartment. It is completely renovated a few months ago and designed as a modern house. You can arrange it as you like it and you can rent for minimum period 2 months and maximum period 4 years. The utilities (water, electricity,Internet, digital TV,) are included in the rent costs 500,00 EUR.

The kaution is 800,00 EUR and you will get it back when you will move out. Unfortunately, my health and ongoing treatment in Italy don't allow me to do any traveling, so I will not be able to come and meet with you personally for a while. Trovit agency will do all necessary documents, send you the keys, the rent contract and manage the monthly rents in my place.
