Me name is Kastner Marina and i am Englishwoman nationality, i recived apartment inheritance from my grandfather. I'm 57 years old and I'm the owner of this apartment. Right now I'm staying at my parents' home in Rome and i left with my work for a more years because i have a contract here , so I decided to rent it the flat as soon as possible.The total price of the
monthly rent is 450,00€ EUR (for the whole apartment), including all utilities. I know it can be a little complicated to arrange these things but my apartment is in perfect condition and ready for rent immediately.
