I am very happy that you are interested in my apartment.
This apartment can be rented for an unlimited duration for 450 EUR per month, including all utilities (cable / internet / parking Gas / Electricity / dishwasher / phone /). The apartment is in good condition, clean and ready to use. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an oven, a toaster, coffee maker, Internet access and Wi-Fi access are. We have bought the apartment in 2008 and lived there until last month. Then ended my contract and we returned home to Rome, Italy. The apartment is located near to all public transport to a shopping center, a sports club and other local amenities. Pets are allowed, but I ask you to ensure that everything is kept clean. The apartment has a parking. I have invested a substantial amount in this apartment and would be very grateful if you we would treat your property. It is not my intention to earn rental income by money, I am interested in a long-term tenant who cares about the property. Because of my unexpected return to Italy lacked the time to find a reliable tenant. Please communicate to me whether you are really interested.
