Thank you for your feedback regarding my apartment for rent .
First I must inform you that my German is not so good , so I hope is not a problem I answer in English .
I need to inform you that the apartment is available for rent for a period of 1 month up to 10 years .
I want to find a tenant for the apartment for 10 years because as I reply on the first email I moved with my family in United Kingdom .
If you want to rent the apartment for a small or longer period there will not be any problem.
The price of the rent including all the utilities water,heating , electricity,Internet, digital TV,parking will be 480 EUR + 100 EUR , so I want a price of 580 EUR per month .
I want for the first time a deposit of 580 EUR + 900 EUR = 1480 EUR .
Since I am here in United Kingdom and I am the only person that have all the acts and 2 pairs of keys .
In the past I used a international Agency from United Kingdom that work also in Germany to handle the things for us .
The name of the Rental Agency is Savills , and the agency web page is http://www.savills.com/ .
I will make a short introduction about the agency .
I will do all the papers with the agency Savills from United Kingdom .
They will verify the papers and make the rental contract , you will receive a copy of the rental contract in German .
The fees of the transaction , I will support them .
I must also inform you that the transaction will take 2-3 working days .
From your side if I clarify everything I will need some information like this so we can start the transaction with the agency and arrange a meeting so you can see and move in to the apartment .

From your side , you will have to confirm a deposit of 1 month rent and security deposit ( Kaution) that will be 580 EUR + 900 EUR = 1480 EUR .
Your money will remain in the custody of the Agency until the transaction will end , and until you see and decided if you will keep the apartment .
Also I am looking for a serious person ,because I must solve everything fast since the apartment is free and ready to rent.
