 I just read your email regarding my apartment in GanghoferStraße 10, 80339 München. The apartment is still available. I can rent you my apartment for short or long term. I assure you that the 3 rooms apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and equipped so you won't need anything to move in. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.  The monthly rent is 720 € utilities included - heating, water, garbage disposal and you will have one parking spot. I will not have a problem if you want to keep a pet in the house, as long as nothing will be damaged.

I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies, but now she's back home and i want to rent it. Unfortunately, my work did not allow me to take a vacation. You don't have to pay any fees because I already made a contract with them. They will do all necessary documents and manage the monthly rents.
