The apartment is furnished and ideal set up for students. I took advantage of this apartment only as a transitional apartment and now looking for a new tenant / in. The large garden with a view of St. Georgen I was allowed to share. There has been much gedultet except parties in the late evening and night were not desirable.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has many windows (east, south and west), which shed light on the very flat. This provides the basis for relaxing after working or learning after college. The Entré with wardrobe is separated from the apartment, which I very much welcomed. The furniture is in good condition and everything is appropriately decorated.
I leave the apartment at the end of 2015 and like to welcome those interested in this apartment. The apartment is free from the 01.01.2016, but also can only be based on the new semester. Since it is my place you can have conversation with me the owner.
