First of all I'm sorry for the late reply but I had a lot to work and this is the time I could give you a message.
I am Nikolas Vlasis, greek origin and I am 32 years old.
Seven, months ago I renovated the wholly apartment , everything is like new...
From the site add, you could see, that the apartment located in: Bismarck 50672 Köln Altstadt-Nord
Like I have inform you before,the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent 410 EUR, and i want also guarantee deposit 400 Eur ( the guarantee deposit you will pay only first month and you will receive back when you leave the apartment )
Also very important,the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning ,etc.) are included in monthly rent.
I bought this apartment with 3 years ago when I got married in Germany. I have divorced from my wife and I returned to Greece back home permanently . So I'm renting the place for unlimited time. I prefer to be for a long period because is better for me.
You can use my furniture,or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
I have no problem if you have any kind of pets. If you're serious!
Before going further,I would like to know a little about yourself,like how many people will stay in the apartment and for how long also, they are working?
I will be happy to rent to anyone who likes to keep it clean,orderly and serious.
The only problem is that. I am the only person who have the keys, and I can't come in Germany soon. But this won't affect you at all. I can make all arrangements from my country (Greece-Pireus). It will take only 2 working days. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it.
You can move in the apartment in the same day, when you receive the keys from me.
