If you want to talk about the apartment I would like it to be in English. Sorry if I was late with the answer but I have a very demanding job. I would like to let you know that I am not in the country at the moment, I work for Feed The Children which is a mission organization.
I've left the country with a mission in Ireland. I am raising founds in local churches to buy food, clothes and medication to help children from poor countries.
I am the owner of the property and I’m looking for a long leaser. It doesn’t matter if is a student or a worker as long as you take care of my house as it’s your own.
We will make the contract for indefinite period(3-5 years, contract is in German-Mietvertrag). I would like to mention pets are welcome. The apartment is fully furnished now but it could be unfurnished in a couple of hours at your request. I am a deaf person and I can't talk on the phone so please reply with any questions.
