Hello,
I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in DachauerStraße,80992 München. My name is Robert, I am 53 years old and I'm working as architect in London, United Kingdom. I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies, but now she's back home, so i will rent it even for a long term. The minimum period is 2 months and maximum period is 10 years.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, furnished and renovated. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.
The rent per month is 650 € including water,power,waste disposal and you will have one parking spot. The deposit is 650 € and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (I need a 30 days notice). I will not have a problem if you want to keep a pet in the house, as long as nothing is damaged.
 Unfortunately, my health and ongoing treatment don't allow me to do any travel for next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet with you personally for a while. However, this won't affect the rental at all. I will make the arrangements with a real estate agency. The name of the international real estate agency is Airbnb ( www.airbnb.com ), they will do all necessary documents, send you the keys, the rent contract and manage the monthly rents. If you are interested in renting my apartment,i will explain you the procedure step by step.
