Thanks for taking the time to look at my property.
This apartment was purchased for my daughter during her studies and internship in Berlin. She wanted to work and continue to practice in Berlin but i have found a better option here and she come back. I don`t want to sell it because never know in the future what will be she option so we decided together to rent it to some one who can take care of it.
Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Muller Lisa and I'm a 50 years old, I work in another city (retired engineer). Unfortunately, my job don't allow me to do any traveling for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
However, this won't affect the rental process.
