Wir haben diese als WG Bewohnt. Leider löst sich diese nun auf und wir suchen nette Nachmieter für die tatsächlich sehr sehr schöne Wohnung! Für kleine Familien ist die Wohnung auch super geeignet. Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt.

1. Zimmer 23 m² mit zwei Abstellkammern am Zimmer , Lage zum Hinterhof.
2. Zimmer 16 m² mit einer Abstellkammer am Zimmer , Lage zur Straße
3. Zimmer 16 m², Lage zur Straße

In der näheren Umgebung, keine 200 m entfernt, findest du Bäcker, Supermärkte, gemütliche Cafés, leckere Restaurants und schöne kleine Geschäfte abseits des Mainstreams.Unten im Haus ist ein Späti, der auch nächtliche Gelüste nach Alkohol oder Süssigkeiten bedient.

Ich arbeitete an der Lebensmittelindustrie , aber ich habe aus gesundheitlichen Gründen zurückzog.
Meine Wohnung ist für Miete und hat 4 Zimmer: 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer , 1 Küche und 1 Wohnzimmer ( 96 m ²), pro Monat € 460 EUR und Kaution € 1380 EUR .
Ich bin der Eigentümer der Wohnung, und der Grund, warum ich die Wohnung mieten wollen, ist, weil ich aa Enkel von meiner Schwester, die ein Studium in Deutschland abgeschlossen , und er mit seiner Familie in Irland zog zurück .
Ich oder meine Familie wird den Platz nicht mehr zu verwenden, so dass Sie auch für eine langfristige Miete ( Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und renoviert).
Sie können meine Möbel verwenden, oder Sie können meine Möbel in den großen Keller Lagerkeller zu sehen.
Die Wohnung ist noch zu vermieten. Es wurde im letzten Jahr renoviert sieht sehr schön und sauber.
Verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche , sauber und ordentlich Wohnzimmer.

Like I have informed you before, the price for 1 month of rent will be 460 Eur with all the bills included in it , and I want also a guarantee deposit 1380 Eur ( the deposit is for 3 months rent , and you will receive them back when the contract will expire ), with no extra taxes to pay.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.
I want to receive the money monthly into my bank account , so I hope that will be no problem for you to wire the money .
I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with Above All Homes agency to make sure that we can trust each other.
If you are interested I can explain you the procedure , so I wait news from your side because I really need to take care of this matter.

Hello ,
First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works. I will send a copy of the contract signed by me .
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.
This is how they work :
1) I will make the delivery papers at Above All Homes agency.
2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit(€ 460.00 + € 1380.00 = € 1840.00) to the company . Above All Homes agency will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody .
Also Above All Homes agency will give you further instructions about the money deposit .
3) After the payment is confirmed the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent .
4) If all is in order, you will instruct Above All Homes agency to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account.
5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Above All Homes agency will give you a full refund (€ 1840.00) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.
