About the flat I can tell you that I bought it with cash, so there is no loan or mortgage outstanding and I am selling it selling it because I recently took a position of doctor for the New London Hospital. And as my son has to undergo recovery treatment at the national hospital for neurology and neurosurgery in London, this allows me to be there on a daily basis.
As you can imagine, trips back and forward I would like to avoid, so I will involve an agency from here that deals with expats, but at my own cost, so no commission for you.
If there is a serious offer that can be confirmed the agency, we can meet in person before and during the Notary appointments, but in rest I preffer to leave them in charge of everything.

I am Mark Hayward, a real estate agent with an international activity for the TheRealEstateBureau company.
I am in charge of managing the purchase agreement of the property located in Trogerstraße 17b, 81675 München,, owned by Mrs. Cathrine Henrichon. The selling price of the property has been set at 375.000,00 EUR.
Because we have a considerable number of customers interested in this apartment, we have decided to activate the sale by reservation and you are the next potential buyer, you have priority in visiting the property.

The property can be reserved in your name for a private visit; you further have the step-by-step description of the manner of scheduling a visit:
* In order to start the procedure, we will need the following details from you:

* The next step is filling in a pre-contract for setting the private visit. I would mention that this contract shall not bind you by any means to purchase the property, only the terms of the transaction are specified in this document.

* In your private area, you shall have access to all the details of your transaction, as well as the pre-contract signed and stamped by us.
* At this point, you, as potential purchaser, with an exclusive purchasing right, shall have to constitute an earnest money deposit at our agency, within maximum 48 hours from generating the contract. The payment must be made by bank transfer to one of the agency's trust accounts.
