Hallo,

Vielen Dank für Ihr Interesse an meinem 3 zimmer Wohnung.
Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut, so dass ich hoffe, dass Sie alles verstehen.
Dies ist eine 95 qm, komplett möbliert und kürzlich renovierte Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Zentralheizung, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler LED-TV, Staubsauger, usw.
Die Nebenkosten (Wasser, Gas, Strom, Breitband-WIFI Kabel-TV) sind inklusive in der Miete von 450 € und automatisch auf monatlicher Basis bezahlt.
Es gibt ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, in der Miete inbegriffen. Die Kaution beträgt 500 €.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, solange sie keine schweren Schäden führen.

Nun, ein wenig über mich: Mein Name ist Keri Devine und ich bin ein Investmentbanker von London, England.
Ich kaufte und renovierte diese Wohnung im Jahr 2013, während ich lebt und arbeitet in Deutschland für 8 Monate.
Ich bin zurück in England für immer, also bin ich auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Mieter. Ich bevorzuge einen langfristigen Vertrag, aber es ist nicht obligatorisch.

Leider haben mein Geschäft und Gesundheit erlaubt mir nicht, jede Reise für die nächsten Monate, so dass ich nicht in der Lage treffen Sie persönlich.
Deshalb habe ich eine Immobilienagentur beauftragt, zu kümmern des gesamten Prozesses.
Sie haben eine lange Erfahrung im internationalen Vermietung wie diese. Ich werde auch den vollen Provision.

Thank you for your prompt response. The price is relatively low, but I do not want to do business with this apartment, I just want to be inhabited, because an uninhabited house, I know from experience that, it will deteriorate anyway over time. Obviously, you want to see the apartment, because you can not rent an apartment, you have not seen, and also, I want to protect the goods from my apartment, because I can not come to present it personally and I do not have a contact person in Germany.
The delivery of the access keys, viewing permission form which will include a inventory of the goods from apartment and 2 copies of the Rental Agreement signed by me, will be made in 24 hours and the intermediation of the renting process will be made through Skrill https://www.skrill.com/en.
A Skrill Transaction involves three parties: me as Landlord, you as a potential Tenant and Skrill as a responsible third party authorized to proper conduct of the transaction.
Anyway, I'll explain below how you can visit the apartment after you pay the deposit to Skrill:
Skrill Transaction works the same as then you rent an apartment with a local Real Estate Agency, except that, instead to pay the deposit to the Real Estate Agency, we'll use Skrill . Of course, nobody can touch that money until you do not see the apartment and you communicate to Skrill your decision to rent the apartment. In case that you don't like the apartment after inspection, you must contact Skrill and ask the refund. Skrill will refund you the deposit immediately and you must deliver back the keys, on my cost.
The deposit that you must transfer it to Skrill, includes the first month rent with all utilities (€ 305,00) + 1 month rental guarantee (€ 250,00) = € 555,00. The payment made to Skrill is not an upfront payment, because the money will stay in the Skrill custody until you get the apartment keys and you will see it. In all this time, the money will be, as in your wallet . I will be paid by Skrill Company, after they will receive your confirmation that, the apartment is the same with that apartment that you saw online and you want to rent it. As soon as you'll pay this € 555,00 to Skrill, Skrill will inform me that you have accepted the transaction and I'll start the delivery of the keys immediately.
To initiate the process, I need the following information from you, but before you'll send them, read carefully the procedure to not waste our time :
1-Shipping Address (address where you want the package to be delivered) and name of recipient
2-Delivery Schedule (local time you'll be at home to receive the package and sign for the receipt)
3-Mobile phone number for an easier contact
Do not register yourself on the Skrill.com website, because this is a Rental Agreement and you'll receive from Skrill all transaction details and payment instructions per e-mail. The Rental Agreement can be signed in 2 days if the transaction will be started in the first part of the day and, if you'll succeed to pay the deposit of € 555,00 before 04:00 o'clock in the afternoon you'll receive the keys in the second day in the afternoon and you can move immediately, if you'll like the apartment after viewing. Skrill will transfer me this € 555,00 Euro after you sign the Rental Agreement, so I'll be paid by Skrill after you'll be already moved into my apartment.
I remind you that, the monthly rent including all bills is € 370 during the cold season and € 305 in the rest of the year, no extra cost for you.
I think I was pretty clear and you have understood the transaction steps. If you are interested, write me the details requested above, so that I may begin to transact through Skrill.
