Sorry for my late response, but I'm in Poland right now, and I have been very busy at work. The total price of the monthly rent is 300,00 EUR (for the whole apartment) including all utilities. Eletricity is charged separately approx.: 25 euro’s per month depending on usage.

Right now I'm staying at my parents'home in Poland and i left with my work for a 8 years contract, so I decided to rent it. The apartment is in perfect condition, no need for additional repairs what so ever.
