Thanks for taking the time to look at my apartment. My name is Bryan Davies ,I'm 33 years old and I'm the owner of this apartment. Sorry for my late response, but I'm in England right now, and I have been very busy at work. The price of the monthly rent is 400,00 EUR (the price includes utilities costs). Right now I'm staying at my parents'home and i left with my work for a 8 years contract in England, so I decided to rent it.
