I would like to thank you for your interest and i appreciate your intention to rent my penthouse apartment. It is completely renovated a few months ago and designed as a modern house. You can arrange it as you like it.
The monthly price is 500 EURO and i believe it is convenient for us both. First payment will be 2+2 ( two months rent paid and 2 months rent deposit bond [Kaution]).
We live in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen (København), located in the Hovedstaden region, a beautiful place on the Sjælland island.

We used to spend our summer and winter holidays in Germany and this is why we kept our apartment there in Dresden. I am the only owner.
The reason for renting it now is that we are a nice couple of pensioners (i have 65 and my beloved wife has 64 years old), we love spending our time (and money) traveling around the world, so the penthouse in Germany is no longer a priority for us.
If you agree and you are decided for a meeting to see the apartment and make a rental contract we are ready to make a trip to Germany and meet you personally in Dresden.
Please tell us, where do you live now? We would like to know more about you so we can propose you an appointment.
We have the faith that this will be a good deal!

PS: Pavela Fiks is our German neighbour who lives here in Copenhagen and helped us with the website advert of the rental. My German is limited at just a few words so i wish a lot to continue our conversation in English.

Our danish phone number is 0045 51521725. The phone is not yet charged/activated to make or receive International calls but we can talk through text messages (SMS). Until we leave Denmark we will activate it for phone calls as well to be in touch with you during our trip and to confirm you our arrival in Germany and the fact that we will wait for you at the hotel that we agreed.
The thing is that we will have guests these days from Aalborg, friends that we know each other for almost 25 years. And we will not be able to check our e-mail address all day long.
So we will appreciate if you will just send us an SMS text message after your Western Union transfer will be done and you sent us the scanned document to our e-mail address. So we can check the mail and confirm you immediately that everything is in order.
And we can do the same, after my wife will finish the transfer i will announce you about this with an SMS text message to your mobile phone.

We used this service many times with our daughter Laura, she is married in Dubai, UAE. Never had any problems with it. The money are send by your wife to your name, it is not a payment in advance to someone you don`t know. I just sent you my passport to be sure who you will meet!
So please let us know if you can accept our agreement so my wife can do the transfer to my name to confirm our appointment!
