I just got your e- mail regarding my apartment which is for rent since I moved permanently in the England .
The apartment is in perfect condition , and it is fully furnished and renovated ,as you could see from the photos.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the basement cellar.
Also, very important , the utilities ( water cold / hot , electricity, wireless broadband Internet , digital TV, 1 parking spot , dishwasher, garbage disposal , microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. ) included in the price of € 460.00 / month. The deposit is € 920.00 and you 'll get it back if you decide to leave the apartment.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom , 1 kitchen and 1 living room.
