I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in Schloßstraße 108,60486 Frankfurt am Main.
It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (75m²)
My name is Sofie Knudsen.I'm a single mother from Copenhagen,Denmark.Me and my husband used this apartment only for vacations.But my husband died last year for cancer and now I will not use this apartment anymore.
The apartment was bequeathed to my son from his father.The apartment is in the best conditions, it is newly furnished and equipped with all the dependencies.There are no problems if you have any pets, as long as you clean up after them. The apartment has a parking space for one car.My request is that you treat it like it was your own. I am interested to find a tenant that will take good care of the property , because it's all that I have from my husband.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.
I must let you know that the minimum period is 2 months, but I'd rather like to rent it for a long term.The price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 560 Eur and i want also guarantee deposit 1200 Eur ( the guarantee deposit 1200 Eur you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
As I already announced you I am in Denmark now, but if you are decided to have a meeting to see the apartment i am ready to meet you in Germany an we will go together to check the apartment and if you decide to rent the apartment we will make the rental contract.
If you are decided to see the apartment I will taking few days off from my work and I will come with my brother to Germany to have a meet with you.
I would like to know how many persons you intend to share the flat with, and for how long.
Any other details about yourself would be appreciated.
