Sorry for my late response, but I'm in Poland right now, and I have been very busy at work. The total price of the monthly rent is 300,00 EUR (for the whole apartment) including all utilities. Eletricity is charged separately approx.: 25 euro’s per month depending on usage. Right now I'm staying at my parents'home in Poland and i left with my work for a 8 years contract, so I decided to rent it. The apartment is in perfect condition, no need for additional repairs what so ever. So, if you are interested in renting my apartment, please email me back for more details.
