Monthly rent is 460 Euros(Including water, heat, electricity, gas).
Deposit is 600 Euros (which is of course refundable when the rent period expires, provided there are no loss or damages of my property.)
The offer is very flexible, you can change the paintings on the wall if you wish to, My furniture can be moved into the basement in case you bring yours and don't want mine.

From my last email, giving you all the details of the apartment and the apartment is still available to move in.
Renting my apartment to someone that will take care of my apartment is what I want, someone who can take care of my things like its their own. I know there might be
possible damages from Tenants.. no one is above mistakes but as long as you can assure me you will take good care of my apartment, I am very willing to rent to you.
Due to my job, I just got a deal in the United Kingdom. So I have traveled with my wife here to United kingdom.
This is the reason why I am renting my apartment out. I have traveled to UK with keys because I stopped making use of agents.
Agents and friends gave me bad experiences and if you notice, the rent is quite affordable because I am not making use of any agent.
Normally, I make use of an agent or friends but due to the way they cheat on my tenants that's the reason why i normally travel with my keys......
I own the apartment to my self and You will notice the price is very affordable and this is due to the fact that I do not make use agents, I
got tired of their charges which I believe they are unfavorable in some situations.
So, normally we have to sign a rental agreement contract which is very normal.
The contract will be prepared and signed by me. I will email the contract and my passport to you for you to also view and sign also .
After this, you will make the payment of first month plus deposit(which is refundable), and I will be mailing the keys to you via dhl
which you will receive within a day or two as long the address to mail the keys to you is valid. I will also make sure I scan the copy of my
passport and send it along with the contract.
